The PAT integrated platform has been developed over 10 years working with the pharmaceutical and food industries. ATEX and safety rated interface modules, capable of integration into plant equipment, enable spectroscopic sensors to generate real-time analytical data from a representative sample. A pharmaceutical grade software platform transforms sensor data into measurements that can be communicated to plant control systems for immediate feedback control of processes.

Three aspects of the platform, process interfaces for sensors; the rapid generation of chemical information from fast sensors; and a robust software structure to communicate with plant systems make the platform easy to setup and use.

The platform enables significant gains in efficiency and throughput during powder processing.
